Identification of Suspect ACM
Assessing Suspect ACM
Documentation/Record Keeping
The student will have the opportunity to perform an actual asbestos building survey. The survey will be conducted in accordance with AHERA requirements. During the survey, the student will assess the condition of all suspect ACBM. A sampling strategy will be determined; homogenous and functional spaces will be identified; and building systems inspected to identify suspect ACM.
AHERA Building Inspector Refresher Course
This 4-hour course is based upon the requirements of the EPA / Cal OSHA and State of California Division of Occupations Safety and Health.
